Liu Jian Meets Primetals Technologies China CEO TOMISLAV KOLEDIC

July 22, HBIS Chairman Liu Jian met Mr. Tomislav Koledic, CEO of Primetals Technologies China,.Ltd in Xiong'an New Area and agreed to deepen their friendship and collaborations.

HBIS Vice President Li Zhangguo, Primetals China CEO elect Schneider were also in the meeting.

Liu Jian said following state guidance and needs of the industry development, HBIS had been working hard on R&D of high end products, while cutting the costs. The group is implementing projects in the 15th Five Year plans. HBIS and Primetals own solid strategic mutual trust and their joint tech and M&A projects are very successful. HBIS hopes the partners could explore more opportunities and strengthen their mutually beneficial cooperation.

Tomislav Koledic said HBIS and Primetals had been working together for a long time, from engineering equipment to tech-services to joint ventures, multi-dimensional and showpiece partnership. In future, Primetals is willing to use all its resources and provide full support to HBIS projects in the 15th Five Plan and and find more opportunities in technology R&D and their applications. Technological services will be strengthened to promote the collaboration to a new level.
